PJ, the Managing Director, is well known and respected in the industry, with over 40 years experience dealing with motor vehicles. PJ was Founding Director of the Imported Motor Vehicle Dealers Association (IMVDA), and Vehicle Identification NZ (VINZ) and was one of the original pioneers of the Japanese Import Industry. PJ is also Chairman of Rally New Zealand (WRC) and is a Justice of the Peace (JP)

Paul was born into the motor trade with his father being a car dealer for 45 years. Paul started his career installing aftermarket electronics into all types of vehicles. In 2010 to further grow his knowledge and experience he changed professions by moving into the mechanical trade which was a one-stop workshop for cars. Paul was employed by Fasttrack Automotive Compliance in 2013 to build and grow a Northshore based workshop Motorsafe Compliance. Motorsafe outgrew the shop they were in and Paul helped move into a larger shop to support the growth of Motorsafe. Paul is now overseeing Fasttrack and Motorsafe to increase the productivity, efficiency, and profitability.

Ryan has had over 15 years in the automotive industry. As well as his vast mechanical knowledge that he brings to Fasttrack, his passion for customer service makes him the ideal person to liaise with our retail customers. Guiding and assisting our customers through the compliance processes and keeping them updated on the progress of the vehicles. Ensuring our customers are happy with our service is his first priority.

Her career has always been in administration working up from reception to Office Management. The skills she has gained along the way have enabled her to work in many different industries. Shirley has been with Fasttrack since 2015 and enjoys the camaraderie of the workshop staff and customers in this industry.
